Is it possible to create multirate IIR filters with the Filter Design Toolbox?

The manual for the Filter Design Toolbox suggests that it is possible to create a multirate filter from an IIR filter with the FDATOOL. However, it does not make the process clear. Is it possible to design a multirate IIR filter with FDATOOL?

This change has been incorporated into the documentation in Release 14 Service Pack 3 (R14SP3). For previous releases, read below for any additional information:

This has been verified as an error within the documentation for the Filter Design Toolbox 3.1 (R14SP1). The ability to create a multirate IIR filter is not currently available in the Filter Design Toolbox.
