What compilers are supported for the Motorola DSP Developer's Kit 1.1 (R12.1)?
I am using the Motorola DSP Developer's Kit 1.1 (R12.1) and get the following error message when trying to compile DSP MEX files with Borland C++ Builder 5 (bcc32 5.5.1).
LIBSIMCORE300.LIB' contains invalid OMF record, type 0x21 (possibly COFF)

The Motorola DSP Developer's Kit 1.1 (R12.1) only supports Visual C++ version 6.0 or greater for the PC, and the Solaris compiler for Solaris. Other compilers were not tested, and therefore, are not supported. We recommend that you use Microsoft Visual C++ with the Motorola DSP Developer's Kit 1.1 (R12.1).
